『Gibson Tak Matsumoto 1955 Les Paul Goldtop』は、近年のメインギターの１本となっている２ハムバッカーにカスタマイズされたヴィンテージ1955 年製Les Paul の復刻モデルとなります。
仕様は1ピース・マホガニー、2ピース・メイプル・トップ・ボディ、マホガニー・ミディアムCネック、BurstBucker™ Pro （バーストバッカー・プロ）ピックアップ、ヴィンテージ・テーパーCTS®ポテンショメーター、Grey Tiger（グレイタイガー）キャパシター、そしてマーフィー・ラボ (ヴィンテージ・ギターの質感と弾き心地を再現するエイジド加工を行うアルチザン・チーム) が、剥がれたネック裏の塗装までリアルに再現します。
